Etienne Gerat constructs illuminated suspensions that decompose light into color. A stainless steel structure supports complex geometric patterns of Acrylglas dichroic panels.

Stainless steel
Welded rods of stainless steel assembled into geometric structures. Welded nuts support the faces.

Dichroic panels
The dichroic effect breaks the light into colors as a prism would do. A part of the white spectrum is reflected as one color and its complementary makes its way through the glass.

Disco ball
A disco ball is used as centerpiece to break the light into small beams.
